The question is, does portend a refocus away from Carbon emissions and conservation to all-out industrial growth?

this is not a stunt to demonstrate climate change and thinner Arctic ice, but driven more by Japan‘s urgent need to replace energy capacity negatively impacted by the Tsunami and the Fukushima meltdown.
